This stuff works like a charm I have been using it for years I have to look for Mounds now. A few years ago I sure didn't have to look for them they were everywhere. Now about once a year I make up about 15 gallons and I go out and I spray anything that looks like a mound. A bag lasts me about a year possibly two . It cost about a hundred bucks a bag but consider how much I spent in the past on stuff that didn't work. It seems like a bargain. I figure if everybody used this stuff we wouldn't have fire ants. Ha strongly recommend this stuff. I mix about 9 oz volume wise to 5 gallon of water. I found this mixture Works about the best for me. I really don't want to spray my whole yard because I have a well. I also have about 12 acres. All I do is wet the mound with the mixture, next day I come back and no ants. I spray it around the foundation of my house, but It really stinks BAD! I don't know how toxic it is, but I have pets and have had no problem. One more thing I don't spray it on my garden or around it for that matter. Smells terrible , delivery man was upset that it stank his truck and employees at the property management office also complaint of the smell. They asked me not to have that product delivered to the property again .
