China?** A: Yes they are made in China and contain duck feathers sterilized. They are made for Newport Layton Home Fashions in Portland , OR. 100 percent cotton with feather fill. These pillows have absolutely zero smell. I love them! **Q: Can you karate chop this insert?** A: Not really. Disappointed in how flat they are even sizing up 2” and in how chopping them just makes them look very wrinkled. Waste of money, but no interest in plucking a poor duck. There’s a more expensive down alternative insert with clear “choppability” that I should’ve purchased. Lesson learned. **Q: Only got one pillow. Who do you contact?** A: amazon customer service **Q: Can these pillow forms be returned after opening the vacuum seal?
