## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this need to be connected to other equipment or can it be used as a solitary work station?**
A: It does have to be connected to something but we have definitely gotten our money worth out of it already.

**Q: How much weight can this hold?**
A: not completely sure of its limits, but I have used it 3 plates (around 110#).  Also, it should be noted that I retrofitted the leg extension device to a different bench - I do not have the Marcy bench that it is actually intended for.

**Q: Does the bench incline/decline?**
A: The bench inclines, but doesn't decline much.

**Q: I am confused, am I getting what is shown in the picture? Does it include the seat?**
A: No.  You just get the leg extension piece that connects into the bench/seat.   You have to have the bench/seat.
