Review: Perfect - We bought this for my 10 month olds first Halloween and it was perfect! It is an all in one, dress, with the shirt sewn in, and it looks exactly like the movie. The quality was good, and we had zero problems with anything about it. We were a little worried about the sizing, as many reviews differed about how it fit, but as a slightly above average sized 10 month old, everything fit nicely. I would say it was a TINY bit big, but she was a BABY, so I can forgive it. Review: Very Pleased - The costume that I purchased was a size 1-2T. I bought it for my daughter's Halloween costume and she turns 2 in two months. It was a great fit. She is petite/average for a toddler her age and she seemed comfortable in the costume. She even likes to play dress up in it. My only concern was that the Velcro that connects the costume behind the neck holds, but isn't quite strong enough of a hold for an active toddler (it was nothing a safety pin couldn't fix). If your child is big for their age I would suggest a size bigger as the elastic around the wait may be slightly snug. The product looks exactly like the picture. It is a durable costume as well. The material is nice and thick. Also, the costume arrived within 3-5 days as promised. ## Features - Officially licensed Wizard of Oz costume, look for trademark on label and packaging to help assure you've received authentic safety-tested item - Costume includes dress designed to look like a jumper and blue hair ribbons - White and blue gingham print pinafore and trim on the "blouse" portion - Important to consult Rubie's Size Chart to determine best size, do not choose based on age or clothing size - Ruby slippers and toto in a basket available separately ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000UJ9N1I | | Age Range Description | Baby | | Apparel Fabric Stretch | No Stretch | | Best Sellers Rank | #2,524,697 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #2,757 in Baby Girls' Costumes | | Brand Name | Rubies | | Care instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Closure Type | Hook and Loop | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 196 Reviews | | Fabric Type | 100% Polyester | | Fabric type | 100% Polyester | | Garment Size Country | United States | | Holiday Type | Halloween | | Included Components | Dress | | Item Type Name | Costume | | Manufacturer | Rubie's | | Material | Polyester | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion | Cosplay, Dress Up, Halloween, Performance | | Part Number | RU11812 | | Pattern | Gingham | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Size | 1-2 | | Special Sizes | Infant Girls | | Style Name | Wizard of Oz Tiny Tikes Dorothy Costume | | Style Number | 118121 | | Target Audience | Baby Girls | | Theme | Movies | | UPC | 082686118125 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | character | Dorothy | ## Images ![Rubie's Tiny Tikes Dorothy Costume - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61z1d5KJ-jL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by M***. on December 26, 2019* We bought this for my 10 month olds first Halloween and it was perfect!
