Loving the backpack, and glad I made the switch. Uploaded pictures of this version too. The pictures in the product's description is for the 30L version and NOT for the 23L type.Old review: I ordered the Mineral 23L version. The pictures of the product show a side handle as well as a zipper to remove a laptop from the side. Inside, there was also supposed to be a flap for the laptop compartment. These are NOT present in the 23L version, and is most likely just for the 30L type. After looking at the official Thule website, this was confirmed to be only for the 30L version of this type.However, it sure is a sturdy bag and the right size for my needs. Whether travel or baby supplies or work, this bag can hold it all. Although I paid a pricey CAD 150 + tax, it is a long term investment and I feel it will probably last till my infant goes to high school.
