There was a missing screw (which wasn't a make or break issue for me), but once the machine was set up and ready to go, the vibration plate didn't vibrate. Communications with seller didn't seem to be getting far; but once we were able to speak directly with the team, we were able to come to an agreeable resolution. We are now awaiting collection of the Faulty machine, and Replacement - due tomorrow.
