This an expensive product made in the USA but what the heh, it's your eyes right!!! I had been using the product for a couple of weeks when suddenly out of the bottle popped the plastic object shown in the attached photos. I was concerned, I had never seen anything like it so I stopped using the product and contacted the importer (Butterfly Eyecare) using the UK phone number on the bottle. I have never received such excellent customer service when trying to resolve a problem, desertcart are good but not this good. Every question I asked was answered properly after they discussed it with the US manufacturer. I returned the product which was promptly replaced and I was refunded in full via desertcart. The only criticism I had was that the labelling needed improving and that has been sorted already with a new and clear label attached to the bottle lid - incredible. The object is supposed to be in the bottle - it is in fact a desiccation device to keep the tablets dry. The effectiveness of the product remains to be seen, I trust my consultant but I guess It may be months before I can assess how well it works for myself. That said I will definitely be placing future orders and I can certainly highly recommend this company for it's mind blowing service.
