For people with zero knowledge of computer and experienced computer user, this product is the best. Starts from very beginning with no assumption of per knowledge of computer. All chapters are very short so you don't get tired. The instructor must have lots of teaching experience that teaches so smoothly. My mother is 75 years old and never had computer experience, since we got the DVD she cannot stop watching it. She is so excited that finally find something that she can learn from. I learned myself lots of new features of Windows 10. . So we love it.
