The only thing that is not very well described in the instructions is how much water you should put in the device. There's a change in the internal diameter, but if you fill with water just until that level, the milk doesn't comes warm enough. This is perhaps the reason why some customers are complaining about the bottle warmer not working properly. We now add water until it reaches the same height than the milk in the bottle and now it works like a charm.
