## Questions & Answers

**Q: How much does the bowl hold and what fits the feed tube?**
A: 14 cups, the largest bowl in the lineup, with an extra-large feed tube and sleeve assembly.

**Q: What comes in the box?**
A: The stainless chopping and mixing blade, a 4mm standard slicing disc, a medium shredding disc, the detachable stem, the large pusher and sleeve assembly, the small feed tube and pusher, and a spatula.

**Q: Do I need a separate dough blade?**
A: No, the universal blade doubles as a dough blade. Start the machine first, then pour liquid in a slow, steady stream through the feed tube so the flour absorbs it evenly. There is a dough blade sold separately if you prefer.

**Q: What's the best way to make soups, sauces and dressings?**
A: Start the motor, then pour a steady stream of liquid through feed tube so ingredients absorb as they blend. 14-cup bowl takes about 6 cups of thick or 3 cups of thin mixtures. When finished, lift the bowl off the base with the blade still inside.

**Q: Is 14 cups more machine than most kitchens need?**
A: For households that meal prep, host holidays, and need family-size batches, 14 cups is just right.
