First one had a chip in the wood right in the front. The replacement had a blemish because some bright person in packaging thought it was a good idea to put scotch tape right on the front wood finish. Their packing material is a hodgepodge of random styrofoam pieces, and the glass shelves are packed in a big floppy cardboard sleeve. I don't know how any product makes it intact, as there seems to be no design to the packaging. Not trying another replacement, and I will avoid this company in the future. My 50 inch samsung fits perfectly with no issues. Assembly is a snap. The big issue is that the front of the wood had scratches. They are noticeable. That basically ruined an otherwise good product.
