Grout Finish seals to form a protective barrier against organic food stains, grease, soil, and other forms of foreign deposit. Kit contains applicator wheel, applicator brush for hard to reach areas and sponge. Covers approximately 50 to 300 sq ft (4.5-28 sq m) per 236ml bottle depending on width of grout joint and size of tile. Example: 12" X 12" tile with ¼" grout joint will cover approximately 125 sq ft (12 sq m) per 236 ml bottle. Surface preparation is key to a successful application. Previously applied sealers must be removed using a sealer remover. Thus, my application was making new grout and aged grout look the same. It worked beautifully. It is easy to apply and the grout is much easier to clean with the finish. I highly recommend it. Additionally, my grout and tile are of a similar color. Thus, it is difficult to see application mistakes.
