The Transformer was an inspiring and motivating book to read. I found Kris to be real and informative of his struggles all while sharing his love and passion for the health of all people. He is set out to change the world in health and fitness and I have no doubt that he will do just that. I don't think there is a more caring person who truly wants you to be your best out there. I enjoyed reading all about his ups and downs and found myself both overjoyed and saddened while reading this book! Kris is amazing and I am excited for what he is bringing to the fitness industry with top notch products and a heart as big as the world :)

Kris Gethin is one of the most well known trainers in the world. In this book he walks the reader through his personal triumphs and failures with the common theme of never giving up. His journey from a kid on a farm in Wales to a global superstar is a fascinating one, and his dogged determination is something I respect and admire.
