**Q: Will this fit 2009 ford flex se - engine is a 3.5liter v6 dohc?**
A: I am unsure, I purchased mine for a 2009 Ford edge

**Q: Are these the ones you change when you take the manifold off to replace spark plugs on a 09 mazda cx9?**
A: Yes. 2007-2013 appear to be the same part. I used them to replace the manifold gasket on a 2012 cx9 when replacing spark plugs.

**Q: is this a complete set or is it per 2 cylinders (ie.. need 3 sets for full replacement)??**
A: It is 3 sets of 2 per cylinders, I hope this helps!

**Q: This fit 2010 ford flex se?**
A: I don't know if it fits your specific vehicle.  You need to know what engine is in your vehicle.  I can tell you this gasket set fit the Ford built 3.5L V6 engine that powers my 2012 Lincoln MKZ .  Hope this helps.
