These unimaginably strong Bats wont rot, crack, or splinter or even fade! You needn't worry about dirt affecting them either, since they’re almost impervious to the elements and clean up with little more than soap and water. Perfect for weight or endurance training for practice and warmups or even serve as crossover trainers to develop strength and hand/eye coordination for those studying Martial Arts. From our micro sized Souvenir Bat (the Brooklyn Shorty) to our epic over-sized Whopper, and all of the other models in between, were sure to have the bat for you! ## Features - 24 In Heavy-Duty Baseball Bat: Short 24 inch bat swings quickly in tight spaces, so it suits backyard baseball, hand-eye coordination drills and warm-up swings as much as hitting a home run in a game - Injection Molded Polypropylene: Precision injection molded high-impact polypropylene body is stronger and more durable than traditional wood bats and will not splinter when it takes a hit - Weather-Resistant Build: Polypropylene resists rot, cracking, splintering and fading in sun and rain, so the bat can live in a garage, a car boot or a dugout bag year round - Sized For Adult Hands: Barrel measures 2.125 inches across and the tapered handle 1 inch, and at 27.6 ounces the bat carries real weight through the swing for an adult hitter - Easy To Clean: Wipe the bat down with soap and water after a session in mud or wet grass, and it needs no oiling, sanding or sealing of the kind a wood bat asks for at the end of a season ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BC4TYTZ | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #94,555 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ) #1 in Baseball Fungo & Training Bats | | Brand Name | Cold Steel | | Colour | Black | | Country Of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars (1) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00705442018322 | | Grip Size | Standard | | Grip Type | Smooth, Hard Plastic | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Polypropylene | | Item Dimensions L x W | 61L x 61W Centimeters | | Item Highlight | 27.6 Oz Weight, 1 In Handle, 2.125 In Barrel, Injection Molded, High Impact Build, for Training and Practice | | Item Length | 24 Inches | | Item Type Name | TRAINING | | Item Weight | 1 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Cold Steel | | Manufacturer Part Number | 92BSB | | Material Type | Polypropylene (PP) | | Model Number | CS-92BSB | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Size | 24 Inch | | Skill Level | All | | Sport Type | Hunting | | UPC | 705442018322 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Warranty Description | Knives & Blades: We stand behind our products 100%. The Crusher is shorter and lighter, which makes it easier to swing in the house. The Smasher is longer and heavier, which gives more reach and power. I am 6'0" and weight 200 lbs and if I needed a bat for self defense in the home I would definitely reach for the Crusher. If for some reason I was outside and needed self defense protection, then I would prefer the Smasher for the extra reach. I hope that helps. **Q: is this a plastic bat? is cold steel a advertising gimmic?** A: Cold steel is the brand. Its injection molded polypropylene which is an incredibly durable plastic. It won't be crushed or snapped. **Q: What is the diameter of the bat at it's thickest area?** A: The bat is 2 1/4" in diameter at its thickest area. (actually 2.23 inches if you calculate it using the circumference which is 7").Hope this helps. **Q: How does Proposition 65 apply to this wood bat?** A: The production of most plastic products (like polypro) produces a carcinogenic gas as a by-product. Thats why you see the Prop 65 warning on so many plastic products. This is a plastic bat 👍 ## Frequently Bought Together - Cold Steel COLDSTEELBASHER - Cold Steel Brooklyn Bats - Cold Steel Brooklyn Smasher, Black, 34 Inch --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/249054948-cold-steel-92bsb-brooklyn-basher-bat](https://www.desertcart.at/products/249054948-cold-steel-92bsb-brooklyn-basher-bat) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
