A: This is a single bottle

**Q: Shelf life? How long is the product good for once it has been opened please?**
A: You need to refrigerate the product after opening. The product stayed fresh and flavorful in my fridge for over 6 months, am I am sure it would have lasted longer if I had used it more slowly.

**Q: can you make a decent smoothie out of this? What would the syrup to water ratio be?**
A: Not sure but I believe you can do smoothies. They have recipes on the bottle to try
