Review: Good starter stick - This is a good starter flight stick. I am a weekend warrior when it comes to flight sims and do not want a large sim setup. I play MFS24. This flight stick works real well. I was using an Xbox conroller on PC at first and the flight stick has made it easier to land and take off. When in bad weather landing situations, I find the extra amount of play that the flight stick has compared to the controller, gives me a much better experience and more accuracy. I have not crashed a plane since switching. I started with the Thrustmaster HOTAS one and really didn't care for the throttle. It also took up alot of space on the desk when this one barely takes up any. This also has a much better gimble system then the "ball and joint' system that the HOTA one had. The throttle switch is very sensitive, but I got used to it quickly. It was basically plug and play. The game recognized it and many of the actions were pre-assigned to the stick. It was easy to remap everything that I wanted to. It feels good in the hand and has just the right amount of resistance. Even when messing around with the F18 and really pushing the stick, it stays planted on the desk without lifting or sliding. Seems to be a good value for the money.

**Q: Does this thing actually exist? It has never been available anywhere.**
A: You can't find them in the USA, but they are available offshore.  Go to eBay and there's an ample supply in Japan & elsewhere.

**Q: Is there somewhere I can buy the power supply and cables?**
A: No poeer supply required, just USB-C to USB cable

**Q: When will they have an Xbox airbus throttle quadrant?**
A: The Thrustmaster Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition is already available

**Q: Can you arm the speed brakes with this? Does it have the function to do so?**
A: The real answer is no, out of the box you cannot arm the speed brakes using the speed brake lever - there is no detent to do so like in the real plane. That's true whatever Thrustmaster says about it. I feel like this was an oversight on their part. The workaround is to just assign another button to it. Or for a more realistic solution, there are 3D printable mods that will let you add a new detent. You do need FSUIPC to then remap your speedbrake axis. It's still not ideal because it just moves the zero position down a bit, so the printing on the quadrant itself no longer matches the speedbrake position. But in terms of feel, it's somewhat closer to the real thing.

This is a good starter flight stick. I am a weekend warrior when it comes to flight sims and do not want a large sim setup. I play MFS24. This flight stick works real well.
