No customer support. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 20, 2019* Received one of this model as a gift some years ago. The warranty card which we sent in was returned in the mail as undeliverable, and we were unable to reach customer/technical support at the phone number in the owner's manual after several attempts. The machine did work well with use several times weekly for over 3 years. We had no issues with overflowing as reported by the other reviewer, but eventually the machine became very temperamental and unpredictable about turning on when needed, despite various troubleshooting attempts. At that point, I replaced it with the same model bought here on Amazon. This time, the machine lasted less than 6 months before the same problem began occurring increasingly frequently until the machine died completely a month or two later. Hoping it was a simple issue that could be resolved, we had a local person take it apart, but were told the internal mechanism is poorly designed and the machine could not be repaired.
