It just added more bonding materials **Q: Can it seal a rubber sleeve on cylindrical rough plastic surface?** A: Haven’t tried it on rubber but I have used it to repair a damaged slide that is fiber glass and it works! I had to cut through the middle of the tubes to bypass the glued part (which worked).
