They work just like a speaker, minus the cone. They can be relocated. New 3m double sided works or hot glue's great too. **Q: Mine has stopped working. Do these run out of battery over a period of time? Or just faulty?** A: It might be faulty. There's no battery in these; they need to be hooked up to an amp of some kind.
