We do use a number of standard bulking agents, as is used widely in the food industry, the purpose of which is to add volume to enable a tablet to be made (otherwise supplements containing several ingredients provided in micronutrients would simply be too small to manufacture). A bulking agent or filler is essentially a ‘carrier’ for the active ingredients. All of our bulking agents are non-toxic and are therefore safe for human consumption.
