I am within the menopause age range, but do you ever really know when it is going to happen to you? Well, I guess it was my time. I don't have all of the menopause symptoms, but I knew when I started to experience "hot flashes." They would hit unannounced, and I'd get so hot that I would begin to feel sweaty. Ugh! I couldn't even imagine having hot flashes in the middle of summer. I was experiencing these hot flashes for about a month, before I decided to try something. I was fortunate to not have any "night sweats" or any other menopause symptoms other than new "love handles." ;) I chose this brand based on the fact a female doctor worked closely with an herbalist to create this formula... AND the success rates were consistently high. I am on my second month and they DEFINITELY work! I haven't had any hot flashes since I began taking these 8-10 weeks ago.
