The one we have has a screw lock on each side to tighten to the bowl.** A: The seat is not that secure. It has a small plastic ring that goes into the bowl and the rest depends on luck. We bought another from a medical supply store much like the one you describe. with screw locks. Then you usually have the choice of returning it to a ups store and they ship it back. I found this got my quickest refund for a returned item. Or some designated return places by me it's CVS and I believe walgreens they'll have UPS return. Third choice involves keep clicking need more help button until you reach a human. Let them know you need a return label for UPS.
