A: this is not work in metal

A: This cannot be used for fabric 
Mainly used for leather and carpets

**Q: can use this with concrete and polypropylene fibers ?**
A: On concrete you wont get the desired strength 
And you can not use it on only poly surfaces ( plastic)

A: no
