This gives the most, and the most even coating.However, in some cases, that applies too much breading. For example, I make zucchini crisps by just tossing slices of zucchini with a little olive oil, then a mix of Panko and Parmesan cheese, and it works great, because I want less breading on the thin slices of zucchini. **Q: How long is the shelf life?** A: You know.....I am guessing here but I always use mine up long before it's useful shelf life is up.
