I have the 5 oz bottles and the nipples they came with are "level 2" I need to know if I buy Medium if it is the same?** A: Medium flow is "level 3." "Level 2" is slow flow. I have no idea what level 1 is. Preemie, maybe?There should be an "S" on the nipples that came with the bottles. She was pretty colic-y and had acid reflux so the more we could avoid lots of bubbles and gas, the better she felt. Our doula recommended these bottles and told us that they are really the only bottles on the market with a realistic boob-like nipple which allows baby to get a better seal on the bottle, helping with the gassiness and bubbles. They don't leak when tipped upside down which is nice, and they are a great value for price. We sized up faster with these nipples than some others we tried.
