It is very bright for its size, even on its lowest setting. Bright and it’s cool light (white/blue, not orangey-red/warm) so it There are 4or 5 levels of brightness and then an sos mode. (Seems like the chip inside is from a flashlight...) Not really a bad feature but I can’t help but think of better options for another mode that would be more fitting for the use of this product. It would be nice if there was a lower setting available for low light, and it would be better if you could adjust light temperature and color, but this thing is tiny and inexpensive so it’s a great buy for what it is. You want more control over color? Buy a bigger product for more money. Just need some quick lighting options on the go? Pick this up. I will say the manufacturer could easily produce alternative silicone skins for a way to adjust colors and temperatures. Those would be awesome accessories for this little beast! This comes with one that is white to work as a diffuser but the light is still a bit strong.
