My former unit had--5, 15, 30 and 60-minute timing intervals. Each of these was useful in certain specific cases. The new unit has 15, 20, 30 and 60-minute intervals, which work but I really miss the 5-minute setting when gently re-heating food in my microwave. (I use repeated, short, intervals of low-heat setting to warm up leftovers gently.) Never-the-less, the unit works well and has a feature the other one did not--ability to PAUSE timing and then continue. Great when I have to answer the door or the Call of Nature.
