This is one of the only earwax removal products that actually works! It's easy to use and my ear care has gotten better since I started using this product bimonthly. When I first used it, I got a giant wax plug out of my ear after 5 minutes of squirting warm water in there. I could finally hear properly out of my left ear, and my ear canals don't throb anymore.
