Review: Great product - Great buy. Has been functioning very well for the past one year now after installation.
Review: Decided to do it myself after engineer didn't show up. - Followed the instructions and it works fine. Red light is staying on even when switch is Off. I've no idea if that's normal for this particular switch 🤷 It turned off on my previous switch. But when OFF there's no power to the shower, so I'm guessing that the light on the switch is fine. Just showing there's power available maybe 🤔 Anyway I am happy to have a shower again. Simple to fit. Not expensive and delivered quickly. 5 stars from me.

**Q: May i know the distance between two screws and screw dimensions?  i am looking for replacement of the broken one i have in the toilet.  thanks.**
A: Strangely enough all switches have same screw distance between them. So replacing is easy.

**Q: Light stays on when off**
A: Wired up wrong way. Shower is on supply side of switch and supply is on load side of switch, hence light is being fed by constant supply regardless of switch position. Hope that helps.

**Q: When installed does the light stay on all the time (with the light being dimmer than when the cord is pulled to turn the shower on)?**
A: it is wired wrong if light on all the time,
the load and supply are fitted the wrong way round for the light to stay on

**Q: Photos show to different versions, is this the square prong version or circular? (I.e. the part that sticks out)**
A: The one I received was square not that the shape actually effects anything. It’s well made and works well

Does it what it should do If I was going to be picky, I’d say that the metal of the screws is too soft and tends to strip. Also, I think that it turns OFF with some difficulty.
