Review: Finally found an excellent quality clear polycarbonate case with an open-bottom so I can dock my iPhone 12 Pro Max on my Lightning Boombox and Lightning Clock Radio without having to remove the case every time I want to use it by the pool or on my nightstand. The only other clear hard case with an open bottom that I could find was the Apple MagSafe case for $50, which is ridiculous (plus it got bad reviews). I literally have searched hundreds of cases online until I ran across this one. I found several that were open on the bottom but they were not transparent. I wanted to see the beautiful blue color of the iPhone, not cover it up. I had a casemate barely there case years ago on my old iPhone 4 and totally forgot they made a case like this. What I don’t understand is there are dozens of open-ended cases for the iPhone 11 Pro Max out there, but only a few for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I realize most people primarily use Bluetooth and WiFi for audio connectivity nowadays (which I use a lot too), but I still like using my portable boombox and clock radio. Hats off to casemate for a wonderful strong sturdy case! And thanks to several folks for answering my questions about this case. Very happy!
