Please and thankyou.** A: There are 8 in a jar. **Q: Do these dogs have a bite to them or are they what I call mushy?** A: I’ve found these have a some texture to them with the skin needing some force to bite through (as in you can “feel” your teeth when biting through the skin ) I tend to have these in a baguette rather than soft roll and you can feel the bite through even then. when over cooked it will split the skin so has some toughness. I’m assuming this is what you mean rather than flavour. Flavour wise I love found these can be quite strong and almost overbearing flavour if you cook them in just the brine in the jar. You can vary the flavours strength by adding tap water to the brine in the pan and simmering. More water =less flavour to an extent **Q: Are these skinless** A: N O!
