I had low iron and low vitamin D. Although I was taking vitamin D supplements, my vitamin D was actually going down. Trying this out now to see if getting it directly into my bloodstream through my cheek will aid in absorption. Since it tastes fresh and minty, it is easy to swallow. I do feel like my energy has improved a little bit. I don’t believe it has any colors and I’m glad it has good ingredients for you.
