Reasons are that since the latest Windows 10 update this items drivers are now blocked from downloading within windows. As Microsoft know its not their product. There is a work around on a video site. But unless you know what your doing I would advise strongly not to buy this item at all. Also the quality of this item is cheap and tacky for the price paid,packaging rubbish, a clear bag and with out of date instructions. The cable is thin and will probably break. DON'T BUY!!! Look elsewhere! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This works on windows 10 *by P***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 March 2021* Right lets put some things in order.This DOES work on windows 10 I have the latest windows 10 with all the updates done as of the 26th March 2021.I have included the piece of paper they included with the received. It took less than 5 minuets to install and be playing without any issues or signal loss.
