There was no damage to equipment inside and all the pieces were there. I really like how they send a dvd that you can workout too as well as a booklet that provides tips for exercise and a diet plan. Setting the machine up took about 30 minutes and the instructional guide is veryy helpful, I like how they go step by step and also provide pictures to show where parts go. In terms of setting up the machine my advice would be to be patient, take your time and just read the instructional guide word for word. I also like how they have a sheet where you can track your success and write down your improvements day by day. I have a stomach!! and I am just fed up of sitting dwn and seeing this big roll in front of me so I am willing to give this machine a try, it looks good and I alot of positive and successfull feed back on this machine so I will continue. I tried it after I set it up and i felt the burn as quick as that and i was tired!! lol by the time i was done going along with the dvd but it was alll goood... so I will keep you guys posted and hopfully have sme good results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good ab workout, but not the best *by D***B on Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2014* It's an ab machine. No gimmicks. It has sturdy construction and is well made. You sit and as you pull down on the overhead handles, as seen in the photo, the footrest comes up, forcing you to lift your legs. If you don't, then your arms have to PULL them up, which is nearly impossible. Since you're working yours abs, you'll definitely be pulling your legs up. The chair swivels, so you can work your obliques, though in my opinion, there are better ways to do that than with this machine. Overall, a good ab workout if you do about 100 crunches per session. Any less and I don't think you'll get much benefit. BTW: Assembly time is about 30 minutes, and all the tools are included, although if you own a socket wrench kit it will go much faster. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It really does the job *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2013* This is a great piece of home gym equipment. Takes about 20 minutes to put together. Well made and sturdy. I am 6'0" tall so I have to place my hands futher back on the drop down bars for a total core workout. After about 20 seconds you will start to feel the burn. After two minutes, you can really feel the burn (in a very good way)! I have now worked up to about 41/2 minutes every morning first thing after waking up. You WILL get the results that you are looking for if you use this equipment properly and daily. Watching the video is a must (first step). If you follow the directions, you WILL start seeing results in the very first week.
