You still need to follow a diet, still need to commit yourself day in and day out to make to your training session. This pill is just a pill that will faster the process. To put simply, if you can achieve your goal for health and fitness in 180 days, PAGG may cut it down to 120 days. I have shown results by using this pill, slightly faster, but I was still getting results by following slow carb diet strictly and by doing at least 60 min exercise a day. The package came fast, the directions are simply, just to make sure you are taking the serving sizes, two capsules for the one with meal, one capsule for the one at bedtime. Also, this is in capsule form, so the material seems to be delivering faster compare to the tablet. At first I did had weird stomach reaction. But it went away after eating food immediately after. I gave this stack 5 out of 5. It is not because this is superb compare to the other products out there, but this is the cheapest one out there and give the right amount from 4HB and seems give the similar results.
