I use this mostly to add to my drinking water but sometimes cook with it and have enjoyed both. **Q: Since it is food grade could it also be used in cosmetics such as a skin toner?** A: Absolutely! Food grade is considered good quality since its edible your skin can adsorb and hydrate the skin, hence the name H20!! And, it smells good too! **Q: How long will this keep once it's been opened?** A: I usually use mine for about 2-3 weeks when opened. I did have an older bottle I'd packed away when I moved toa new home, and found it 3 months later. It was still good, but had been in a dark box. I dont think it can go bad for a long time as it never gets crusty around the rim or under the cap.
