It's very confusing.** A: No not Bluetooth on this model but there is a similar product they make that is Bluetooth **Q: Can I use this headsets on my 5.1 logitech system.?** A: I really don't know about the Logitech 5.1 system, if it's a control system for audio, then it might since the basic controls are in the software and the headphones are only the output. The Hyperx is installed in my system pretty much stand alone. You have a 3.5 mm direct plug that goes directly to the computer, etc., or you can plug that into the enclosed external usb sound card that gives you volume control and simulated 7.1 sound distribution on the connecting cord. **Q: What would be the Replacement for the mic be ?** A: Again, recommend checking with mfgr. Product was dead on arrival, would not charge or turn on. I tried different outlets and charging cables and let it sit for hours charging only for nothing to happen. Headset was also not nearly as comfy as advertised and adjusting it wasnt great either. I bought this as it was over 50% off but I was better off spending more money on a different product.The main complaint that I saw before buying was this exact problem, the product was dead on arrival and would not turn on. I saw this complaint a lot and unfortunately I guess it happens more often than expected. I'm really disappointed as I've bought hyperx products before without issues but this was a huge let down. Plus the return process was a pain. My coworker suggested these for gaming so I’ll try getting another pair to see if this was a one off. Update** I ordered a second pair and they don’t work as well! Don’t buy these headphones, you’re wasting time out of your day with needing to return them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product and great customer servcice *by G***5 on November 10, 2022* I order these for work mostly as i work from home a lot and wanted a wireless headset for phone and online meetings. I usually do not like over the ear headsets but these are some of the most comfortable headsets I have ever used. The sound quality is great and the wireless distance is really good. I can not think of a nicer headset for the money, you could get. I had an accident with the dongle after about 3 months and called to ask if I could order a replacement instead of a whole new headset. The service tech I spoke to, Chris, was very polite and professional. He didn't just get me a new dongle, i was sent a whole new headset FedEx'd overnight. Again, I know there are probably better headsets out there for more money but the quality along with the great customer service I received, I can not help but recommend this product. They got a customer for life and I will be looking into more of their products for home use in the near future.
