I usually style my hair in a sort of faux hawk and even as my hair gets longer it maintains it's hold without making my hair stuff. I usually apply it when my hair is towel dried then blow dry it into place and sometimes add a little of another product to finish it off. Absolutely nothing works as good as this stuff. It's not greasy, it's not shiny, it's not stiff. I can mess my hair up and easily shape it back into place. It's almost better second day after sleeping on it when you have those long nights out. I picked it out by chance when studying abroad in Japan like seems to be the case with a lot of people not from Japan. I just can't live without it.
