I have them on a 4.5, 5, & 6. You can trim them for an exact fit. If the ring is extremely too big, there is probably not a ring size adjuster on the market with which you would be happy. There are several widths to fit various styles of rings. **Q: can this resize from 8 to 6 in women's?** A: No. If it’s more than 1/4 - 1/2 size too big you are better off taking to a jeweler. **Q: Do any of your ring sizers come in 10 an 11 ring?** A: Yes. My reaction is that this is the right idea, but not well executed. The sizers that fit inside the ring are comfortable, but they slip out and I lost the first one I used. I've had to put tape around them to keep them in place. I like the spiral ones and I think they will stay on the ring, but the ends are annoying because they don't fit snuggly on the ring. I will update this review is my opinion changes as I use other pieces. Update: I had expressed concern about the wires at the ends of the spiral ones, but those have become my favorite option. I have not noticed any discomfort and they stay securely in place. The other options do not stay in place and are easily lost. I did have success by tying one with thread, but that shouldn't be necessary.
