The hardest thing about putting this tap in myself was getting the old one out which used the old system involving a huge nut underneath the counter which was VERY difficult to remove. Kraus's system which works from above was amazing. I had one tiny issue which a call to customer service solved in 60 seconds. The faucet and spray work fantastically.
