A: It is not. But, it would be great!

**Q: does this work for black flies?**
A: I believe it might. It works very well on no serums in Florida and the ONLY bug stuff ill.buy period

**Q: Does this leave a lasting smell like bug spray?**
A: I liked it. To me it was more like using a regular body lotion without that strong bug spray odor.
