Review: Great product! - I love this little battery. It's proprietary to Petzl products but its tiny, lightweight and easy to swap out when needed.
Review: Battery Life seems endless! - Ive had a number of these batteries. I have 4 headlamps that use the core battery. My wife and I use them daily. I walk our dogs in evening, work on things in the garage, my wife uses them daily to make jewelry. The headlamps are super helpful. I'm shocked how long these batteries last. We've been using these headlamps for years. DAILY. They have been recharged 1000s of times. They still work like new. Its outstanding. Well done Petzl!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would this work for other brand headlamps that take AAA batteries?**
A: It didn't fit my Petzl Tactikka + RBG Headlamp purchased in 2017.

**Q: How many mah does this have? does it store more power than 3 regular aaa batteries?**
A: It's going to be about the same as 3 regular (duracell coppertop) AAA batteries. 1250mAH@3.6V vs 1.2Wh @100mA for the regular batteries. It's a little complicated as one person answered because the voltage drop depends on both the current draw and time. It's not linear for either battery type.
Note that the PETZL rechargeable weights the same as 2 regular AAA's, not 3, so there's an advantage there.

**Q: What size charger is correct for this battery? My 5v samsung charger has been almost 2 hours i do not want to damage it.**
A: That should be no problem, especially if the battery is very low. It just uses an Android charger like yours and can sometimes take 4 or 5 hours to charge fully.

**Q: Is this compatible with petzl - tikka headlamp, 200 lumens ?**
A: If it says it can take the petzl core, but I'm not entirely sure
