Cons: no manual but you can find it online, i had to do a firmware upgrade, it requires at least 3-5 mins. to do, at first my user id & password for voip didn't register but after a couple a reboot and waiting it registered. I followed instructions on voip wiki, it was easy to do. I bought it to replace my old linksys pap2t because it was very noisy when placing calls.
