If so, how well does it work for this? Or recommend another Orly top coat?** A: Although I personally have not used it to seal them, there is no reason that they cannot be used for this. **Q: does this topcoat work with any kind of nail polish ?** A: yes, it can be applied with any kind of nail polish. **Q: Is this non-toxic like some of the Orly lacquers?** A: I actually have no clue.
