I'm 99% sure that they are just the snack size bags. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this a gluten free product?** A: Don't know for sure, but this is a corn based product not wheat. What it is baked in or what has been baked or fried in the vessel before is the question **Q: what is exp. date** A: I don't know I always eat them all before they can expire **Q: Is the expiration date far out enough, e.g. a few months, NOT unreasonable date like less than a month, etc?** A: No. The expiration date was the next month from the date I received it. I ate everything fast before the expiration date.
