When I went to order, I found I had research to do first. Does it have a flex cable, is the front camera already mounted, what about the home button, etc, etc.? I certainly didn't know the difference in a digitizer and an lcd. I really thought I just needed to order a new piece of glass, silly me.This arrived a day early to begin with, a good sign. My husband decided to install it at about 10.30 at night and I was concerned. I just knew midnight would roll around and he would give up. Nope! He was done in 30-45 minutes!Make sure you have a well lit work area, some small containers for screws, etc, a pair of reading glasses (if you need them), tweezers (you may need them) and hubby spread white paper towel across where he was working so those tiny, tiny screws wouldn't bounce if he dropped one.Unlike some kits, this one contains only one part that you have to replace. They have a site with a video that walks you through. The video does have instruction for replacing the camera, etc but with this particular kit, you get to skip those steps. The small parts are already there and installed.I honestly wasn't sure if the lcd needed replacing on my son's phone but decided to get this kit because it seemed much more do-able and it was. The two screens were already assembled and came with the proper tools to fix. Although I have my own. The case in which it came was also a plus as I did not have to spend too much time trying to unbox a part and then waste packaging inserts.This assembly included ear-speaker front camera, sensors, heat shield, home button and home button ribbon cable all pre-assembled as mentioned earlier. Took me less than 5 mins to fix for customer.Overal I'm very satisfied with this product. Still a tad too expensive but that is the price you pay for quality in short times. ### ⭐ Do not Buy; Extremely low quality. First off, the earphone at the top beneath the camera barely works(it is incredibly quiet), meaning the only way to be on the phone is via speakerphone or headphones. Additionally, the home button is not "locked" in place, causing it to rotate, depress awkwardly, and after a week of use is already resting lower then the face of the screen.While I could bear with the rest of those, what made me return this screen was that it caused my phone to refuse to connect to Celular service(and when it did, it would drop out randomly for period of 2-3 seconds), and even wifi sometimes.
