Best to email Amazon customer service and ask them. **Q: Is there any reason to get this if i already have the 8370 OC to 4.5 alway?** A: The 9590 is a whole nother breed of chip, YES I would get it even if you are getting 4.6/4.7 OC Because overclocking is NOT proven to benchmark any higher or better performance, believe me i'v done overclocking on many CPU's and GPU's and never found any benefit in doing so. Yes it will say the MHz/ghz are clocked higher but the performance is never there to back it up. The MAIN reason I went from my 8350 to a 9590 is this: Every FX chip that is below the 9000 series has a memory controller that supports up to 1600mhz d3 sdram in Duel Ganged or 1333mhz with more than 2 memory modules populated. Also the 8320/8350/and 8370 actually only truly have 4 Cores and a total of 8 Logical cores. The 9000 series supports a memory controller up to 1866mhz Duel channel RAM and 8 True Cores. Make sure you do NOT attempt to run it without a water cooler, as you may experience issues. **Q: If i can keep an 8350 at 20c or less with Prime95 should my cooling system be good enough for this or do i need more?** A: not necessarily. 8350 stock clock? which is 125 watts Vs. 9590 at 220 watts. If u are overclocking your 8350 to say 4.6ghz or higher then your cooling is probably adequate.
