**Q: Has anyone had this cable go bad after a year or so?  Issues like the call fading out where you can no longer hear the other person.**
A: YES, I use Plantronics headsets and these cables at work and it is a common issue (globally) for some APP-51 adapters with the certain HW-Release like 02/16 A41.02 or 07/18.
We get Echo-Issue, calls fading and dropping completely.  
The only solution to this that proved efficient is a different HW Release.

**Q: Will this work with a polycom vvx201 phone?**
A: It works on my polycom vx310 phone.

**Q: Will this work with a vvx250?**
