So we ordered this one that works with the same bag size, but is a little shorter and wider. First impression is that it is really quiet. The old one had a loud motor that we got used to it over time, but this one is much quieter. It is also more sensitive which we don't mind. It's in the pantry so it doesn't trigger when we walk by. Being shorter than the old one, the bag doesn't need support from below which is better. There's a clip-on ring that secures the bag to the can which is a nice touch. We like that it is a plug-in garbage can so we don't have to deal with batteries. So far very happy with the purchase.
